AUJO Tea Estate is located in the tropical rainforest-Palmerston area in northern Queensland, Australia. It was founded in 1985 and is adjacent to the World Natural Heritage Wolononan National Forest Park. With abundant sunshine and rain all year round, the fertile soil silently nourishes the unparalleled tea trees. We never use pesticides, carefully care for this land and the tea trees growing on it, and only pick tender buds to provide the highest quality black tea, green tea, oolong tea and other blended teas.

With abundant sunshine and rainfall throughout the year, the fertile soil has been silently nourishing the unequalled tea trees. We never use pesticides and we have been carefully taking care of this land and the tea plants that grow on it. Only the tender young tips of the plants are harvested to provide the top-quality black tea.
GREEN TEA - Unfermented Tea
Green tea is an unfermented tea. It is the tea with the longest history and the largest output in my country. Its characteristics are: clear soup with green leaves, and the shapes are round, flat, long, and curved. The basic process of the production method is to kill the enzyme activity in the fresh leaves by high temperature, and stop the physiological and chemical changes of the fresh leaves. There are four ways to kill the green leaves: stir-frying, baking, steaming, and sun-drying. The main varieties of green tea include Hangzhou Longjing, Suzhou Biluochun, Henan Xinyang Maojian, Huangshan Maofeng, Mengding Tea, Nanjing Yuhua Tea, Lushan Yunwu, Lu'an Guapian, Emei Zhuyeqing, Duyun Maojian, Meicha, Putuofo Tea, Emei Maofeng, Mengding Ganlu, Lianxin Tea, etc., about nearly two hundred varieties.
